Evidently, my boss – a major oil company – has not been informed by your offices about how to comply with your legislative example for Pay Raises & benefits.
Although, I informed them that I do anticipate this wage increase to me to match the packages that you have awarded yourselves, this oil company has – in their wisdom, not complied.
Please, contact me so that I may give you their contact numbers; where you may proceed to inform them of their bi-lateral obligations to follow the fine example as set by your Legislative House in these matters.
Do I now understand that Back-To-Work Legislation will be voided while employees in BC coordinate with their employers for juxtapositioning of private and public wage packages and benefits ?
